No. OriginationPartners is origination infrastructure. We do not advise, negotiate, place securities, or earn a success fee on your deals. Every relationship and transaction is yours. We supply the access.
02How is this different from a broker or a list?+
A broker shows the same counterparty to every buyer and is paid to place them wherever closes easiest. A list is on-market the moment it exists. We map and reach proprietary counterparties exclusively for you, with no shared book.
03How is this different from hiring a BD rep?+
