The opportunity

AI companies pay to learn how your team gets work done.

They pay for real business records, like emails, support tickets and order history, to train and test their AI. You get paid for records you already have, and you keep the records and the business.

I

You don’t sell anything

You give a buyer permission to use a copy of certain records, on terms you agree. The originals stay with you.

II

The full story is what’s valuable

A pile of files isn’t enough. Buyers want to see what the problem was, what your team did about it, and how it turned out.

III

We talk before anyone names a price

What it’s worth depends on what you have and what buyers need right now, so the first step is a conversation.

Your records

Records your team already keeps.

Four examples of completed work that can carry value. They are illustrations, not a promise that every archive qualifies. Start by describing yours; there is nothing to export.

Before

Sarah at Brightline Logistics asked Tom to push the Henderson renewal to Q3 at $48,000, pending sign-off from sarah.k@brightline.com.

After de-identification

[Person A] at [Company 1] asked [Person B] to push the [Client X] renewal to Q3 at [$ amount], pending sign-off from [email removed].

01 · You set the scope

Choose what is in

You decide which records, systems and date ranges are considered at all.

02 · Specialist preparation

Identities removed

The partner prepares and de-identifies the records and reviews them for identifying context.

03 · You approve the terms

Nothing signed without you

You review the buyer, permitted use and terms before anything is shared or signed.

The example above is an illustration. De-identification reduces risk; no process removes it entirely. We work with your counsel on what your contracts and obligations allow.

Straight answers

Questions owners ask first.

Could our records fit?

Possibly. Records that connect a request or problem to the work done and the outcome are the most useful. Describe your systems and how much history they hold, and we will tell you whether it is worth assessing.

What determines value?

The scope of the records, how complete and connected they are, and how well they fit what buyers need. We do not quote prices before the specialist assessment.

Who does the work?

We represent you through the process and keep things moving. Our specialist partner handles assessment, preparation, security, buyer negotiation and delivery.

What will our team need to do?

At the start, a conversation. Later, some help from whoever manages your systems so the partner can scope the work. Nobody needs to export anything to begin.

Who approves what is licensed?

You do. You approve the scope, the buyer and the terms before anything is shared or signed.

Can records be licensed again?

That depends on the terms of each license, including any exclusivity. It is one of the points we help you weigh before you agree.

When is payment made?

Payment terms are set in each agreement. The partner manages delivery and payment under it.

We don’t know what records we still have.

That is normal. Most owners don’t know exactly what their systems still hold. The first call works out what is there, and nobody needs to export anything to find out.

Why now?

Companies building AI models are licensing business records like these today. Demand can change, so it is worth finding out what yours could be worth while buyers are active.

Who is this not a fit for?

Companies with very little written history, data that is mainly regulated personal records such as patient files or card data, contracts with customers or vendors that prohibit licensing, or owners who want to sell the records outright.
